Poor Al Gore. His Big Lie hasn’t been getting the kind of repetition that he needs to fill his wallet with more of the only Green he’s really interested in since oil prices have displaced his propaganda. An Investor’s Business Daily poll was released showing that 73% of the polled adults think “fuel prices at the pump” are a bigger problem for the country than climate change. Bill Dupray, at PatriotRoom.com, recently hit it squarely on the nose! “You see, when gas prices are high, the Global Warming hoax reverts to what it was a couple of years ago: A quaint little side show of moonbats bumping into each other trying to figure out why nobody is paying attention to them.” What’s the nation’s self-appointed Propaganda Minister to do?

Well, Reich-Minister Gorebbels responded by jumping on his private jet, burning about 1,100 pounds of jet fuel, emitting more CO2 to the atmosphere than a typical family of three, and taking to the airwaves himself, stepping up his lunatic rants even further, now lying that we only have 10 years left! The sky is falling even faster than he has previously lied that it was falling, and we’re all going to die if we don’t pay homage to his propaganda and stop burning as much carbon-based fuel in a year than he does in a weekend!

Well, Gore has noted that it will only cost us a mere $3,000,000,000,000 (three TRILLION dollars) to shield the people from the political and economic consequences of his lie. BUT…After we’ve spent more than the GDP of every nation on the planet except the US, Japan, Germany, and China, we can all sit back and say…WOW! Life really WAS so much better when we had reliable energy and cars that would go more than 100 miles on a half-day charge, and Gorebbels will have another HUGE chunk of that money sitting in his VERY GREEN bank account!

Assuming there are no other changes in the climate system. That’s like first year physics classes, where we’re taught to ignore friction. I can design an automobile engine that gets a thousand miles per gallon with assumptions like that. Is there any question that Gore is missing his mark by at least that much?

Again, as Dr. Spencer points out, the climate system is ALL about shuffling heat from where there is more to where there is less. It’s the 2nd law of thermodynamics played out on a global basis. Heat transfers from hot to cold. The entire climate system is designed to move heat away from hot areas to cold areas.

Mount Pinatubo’s eruption is a great example of how the earth’s various systems work to achieve a state of homeostatic equilibrium. Tons of smoke, dust, and debris were blown into the atmosphere, FAR more damaging that a few parts per million of CO2 over many years. Did the planet freeze? Did it melt? Did polar bears drown? HARDLY! The earth’s systems worked together to cleanse the atmospher. To believe that everything else will remain unchanged, a belief necessary to swallow Gore’s Big Lie, is so ignorant as to approach infantile status!

Gore shows pictures of glaciers calving, GROWING so much that unsupported edges break off and fall into the sea, and LIES that they are melting. Gore shows pictures of a polar bear on a sheet of ice (a FAKE picture) and whimpers that global warming is killing polar bears. Gore refuses to acknowledge that only two of thirteen monitored polar bear populations are shrinking while the others are stable or growing, but still lies that they’re dying off. That’s like saying that mankind is dying off because Detroit is losing population! Gore has even ADMITTED that he’s lying!

Lord Christopher Monckton has challenged Al Gore to an international televised debate on anthropogenic Global Warming and Gore’s apocalyptic claims. Gore has refused that challenge for more than a year now. There is a $500,000 Global Warming Challenge, offering a half million dollars to the first person to prove in a scientific manner that humans are causing harmful global warming. The prize remains unclaimed. There have been numerous other challenges to Gore or anyone else able to provide scientific proof of Gore’s Big Lie. NONE of them have been met! Not a single one!

ALL the while, Gore sits back, collects his HUNDREDS of MILLIONS of dollars from the gullible dupes who have bought into his Big Lie. How convenient!

Al Gore and the Goregasmics have been been spouting on and on about the apocalypse that 0.6° represents. In fact, they seem to be a one-hit-wonder. That’s their only real tune. Even IF we ignore the myriad problems in their “science,” who decided that 0.6° is apocalypse instead of utopia?

Who decided what earth’s optimal temperature is? Where has that been published? I can’t find any reference to it. In fact, the only thing I can find is that the Medieval Warming Period was also called the Medieval Climate Optimum. Based on that, it would seem that Al Gore has been caught in yet another lie! If the Medieval Climate Optimum was as warm as was 1998, which Gore lied was the hottest year on record, then how did Earth not face Gore’s predicted apocalypse then?

OH YEAH!!! I remember now. The Environmental lobby paid out large research grants to “scientists” willing to change the history of the Medieval Warm Period. After Dr. David Deming was told “We have to get rid of the Medieval Warm Period,” (ref) the Medieval Warm Period suddenly became a local anomaly which was actually cooler than their own data previously noted. SO…The Medieval Climate Optimum was redefined to be something that it was not, and the propagandists could continue their apocalyptic rants.

But, what if reality is what really happened and not what the propagandists tell us happened? What if the world did NOT flood when Greenland’s ice melted back then? What if people did NOT starve when it heated up and more food was grown? Maybe if reality is taken into consideration, Global Warming would actually be taking us towards a climate Optimum! Gore’s never said what is optimal, only that he doesn’t like where he thinks we’re headed. Shouldn’t he be asked what is optimal before we rush off to spend our entire GDP and then some on pathetic attempts to change earth’s climate? I mean, IF we do as Gore demands, destroy the economy, move back to caves and forget all about fire, how do we know when to stop, and how DO we stop once we hit Gore’s unreported optimum? After all, we don’t want to shoot right past the optimum and end up in another ice age. I guess the propagandists realized they would never need to discuss a stopping point or stopping mechanism just about the same time they realized that nothing man can do can significantly impact global climate. Don’t expect them to admit that though.

Maybe we really are better off listening to those who have actually studied history and science and who have declared the Medieval Warm Period to be the Medieval Climate Optimum. It’s hard to deny the beneficial changes that warming period brought. I guess that’s why Gore and the Goregasmics have simply decided to change the dictionary once again. It’s SO much easier than admitting that reality happened.

Obama is on record now discussing $12/gallon gasoline. What was his response? Well…NOTHING! No mention of drilling. No mention of refining. No mention of relenting in the Democrat attack on the oil industry. No mention of anything whatsoever, except “change.”

So, let’s look at the Democrat party’s response to this whole gasoline mess. They refuse to drill, even going as far as to say that the law of supply and demand doesn’t work. They refuse to permit refining, even when we currently have to import 15% of our refined gasoline. They tell us that increasing supply won’t help, WHILE deciding that we can sue OPEC for refusing to increase supply. And, finally, they tell us that the only way to reduce prices is either to increase cost or come up with a new scientific discovery.

Liberals look at reports telling us that we have more oil in the Rocky Mountains ALONE than the entire world has used since oil was discovered, and tell us it’s irresponsible to take it. Liberals look at Cuba’s agreement to allow Vietnam, among others, drill in the Gulf of Mexico, inside the limit Democrats refuse to let American oil companies near, and complain that it’s not environmentally safe for our companies to drill there. THEN, they have the nerve to say that we must become energy independent???

I’ve been wondering how we can become energy independent if Democrats vote, as they have recently, in lockstep to keep us from becoming energy independent. I’ve been wondering what could have destroyed enough Liberal brain cells to make them believe that increasing cost and artificially restricting supply in the face of rising demand will lower prices. Then It finally struck me how Democrats think it can be done, and it was their demand for higher CAFE standards that made it so clear!

All we have to do, in the “minds” of liberals, is to legislate a scientific discovery into being! THERE! Energy Independence, ala The Democrat Party!

That bunch of lawyers who, in large part, have never worked anywhere but the public sector for most of their lives, decided that auto makers can defy the laws of physics and build vehicles that get far more mileage than is possible. When automakers told them that as long as friction exists, they cannot meet the standards, Liberals scoffed and pointed at their shiny new law! Apparently, all it takes is for some moron in Washington to push a bill through Congress and get the President to sign it, and VOILA! A brand new scientific discovery that no one has EVER heard of before! AMAZING!

Yes, our fearless leaders have determined that science comes down to wishing something were so, believing really, really hard that it is so, and then getting their fellow elected boobs to pass a bill making it so. Hence, their response to $12 gasoline! All they need to do is write a law that says “Thou Shalt Discover an entirely new fuel source.” Why…we mere humans (a.k.a. those of us NOT inside the Washington beltway) have been so stupid all of our lives. We never realized that all we need to do is have Congress pass a bill, and we will instantly see a brand new source of fuel that no one has EVER heard of before pop into existence. Not only will that new fuel source magically appear, but a new national production and distribution infrastructure will instantaneously appear, and all of our vehicles will magically start running on this newly-legislated-into-being fuel! WOW! Amazing, isn’t it? I wish I had known all of that before I wasted so much time in science classes! What a waste of time!

That MUST be what Obama and the other wannabe tyrants believe! How else could their completely irresponsible approach to energy be explained? How else could their completely irresponsible approach to the economy be explained? How else could their completely irresponsible approach to the climate be explained?

Oh…Wait…If forgot the obvious. They DON’T want us to be energy independent. They DON’T want us to have economic freedom. They DON’T want us to breathe as much air as we please. It’s not that they actually believe their own propaganda. It’s that they know that so many of us WILL believe their nonsense, and THAT will make us the nation of obedient little slaves to the all-powerful federal government that gives them goregasms in the night.
